NC lottery, even if there are no plans for for now to add pick 3 and 4 players or even Keno to online play, can you please send the request to whoever is responsible for making these changes so that they know we do want these on online play to make it more easier to purchase tickets.. Happy holidays to everyone! NCEL, I am not receiving my email receipts and winning emails when I make a deposit and when I win. I can see it only when I sign in to my account. I am getting all other emails. I have hotmail. I called a few months ago and one of your people told me they see no problems on their side. Something is definitely wrong.
