Hi, Robin! Second-chance promotions are drawings that are open exclusively to players who have purchased or entered the eligible games. So, when you buy a scratch-off with a second chance drawing, you scan or manually enter the ticket into your online NC Lottery account and automatically receive entries for the second chance drawing!

The rolling JP is over $50k already in only one day. If it keeps going up at this rate it will be $250k-$300k by the 19th. LZ why not split the JP between 10-20 players/winners each week instead of just one winner each week???

Hi, Denver! Yes - for the first four of these drawings (all of which have rolling jackpots), the jackpots will start at $25,000. The final drawing will have a grand prize winner of $200,000 and fifty $500 winners. Hope this helps and good luck to you!

Ditto on the invalid ticket entry for the new ones. Good news I bought 5 of the $10 ones this morn and won $10 on one and $100 on another. Its crazy this contest started last week , but the tickets didn't go on sale till today.

With the high gas prices, can your engineers drive a train? If so, is the NC DOT private dome car available? While NC is not much of a passenger rail service, the vacation packages look enjoyable. Despite this drawing period allegedly starting on 6/03, I've been unable to enter my Carolina Jackpot tickets (game 837) for Luck-e Rewards or the 2nd Chance drawings. I get an "Error- Invalid Ticket Submission" message. Also, the rolling jackpot counter has not budged since 06/03. When will these bugs be fixed?NC Lottery
