Hey, Google: Download the NC Lottery Official Mobile App

You spoke, we listened. We are excited to announce that the NC Lottery Official Mobile App is now available for download in the Google Play Store!

Here’s what you can do on the app:

Check your tickets (for draw games and/or scratch-offs) to see if you have a winner
Buy Powerball, Mega Millions, Lucky for Life, or Cash 5 tickets with Online Play and view drawing results
Scan or enter your tickets into Lucke-Rewards to collect points
Play games, take a survey, or complete activities to collect more Lucke-Rewards points
Redeem your points for entry into Lucke-Rewards drawings for cash and other great prizes
Automatically get entered into second chance drawings with eligible tickets
Give a lottery gift with Online Play Gifting
Customize notifications to receive winning numbers & jackpot alerts
Manage your account preferences
Find the nearest retailer any time

Download the app on the Google Play Store here.

With this new update, Android users will be able to download and receive app updates seamlessly through the Google Play Store. So, delete your old version and head straight to the Google Play Store for this user-friendly adoption to our games.

I can't pay any money online also my google play store will not work my this, laptop and I don't have a Apple store either so how can I download the NC Education Lottery without google play and the Apple store NC Lottery
Sorry Gina, yeah the only way to get the app is through Apple or Google at this time. Only other option would be to use the website.

You should be able to download the app on the Google Play Store at this link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nclottery.app, or you can search "NC Lottery" and our app should appear. If you're still having trouble downloading the app, please make sure you meet the minimum software requirements to be able to download the app.

Is there an issue with the mobile app? I uninstalled it on my android phone and not it's saying that my phone is incompatible for the app. Please advise. Thanks!NC Lottery

Why the ticket scanner is not working NC Lottery
Hi Willie, our system is showing that the ticket scanner is working properly. If you have not yet updated to the most recent version of the app then you may want to try that. You can also call Online Play Player Support at 866-934-0289 for assistance with the app and ticket scanner.
