Edgecombe County woman wins $200,000 on scratch-off

Patricia Weathersbe of Tarboro took a chance on a $5 scratch-off ticket and won a $200,000 prize.

Weathersbe bought her lucky Ruby Red 7's ticket from the Speedway on North Main Street in Tarboro. She arrived at lottery headquarters Wednesday to collect her prize and, after required state and federal tax withholdings, took home $142,501.

Ruby Red 7's debuted in December with six $200,000 prizes. Four $200,000 prizes remain to be claimed

The Multiply The Cash 2nd chance has only one draw left. I have enough entries but can not find a retailer that is carrying the 15x,10x,5x and now it's hard to find the 20x which is preventing me from getting any bonus entries, as, you have to have all 5 cards to get the bonus entries. Is it the retailer that needs to obtain them for customers??? Hate that I may miss a chance for a 2nd chance opportunity.NC Lottery

NCEL what is the percentage of money going to the Fast Play Jackpot? When I purchase(My Losing Ticket) a $2 ticket how much do you all keep vs what gets added to the Jackpot. Because on the 18th you all only gave out 1 $500 WIN out of the WHOLE DAY! SMH @NCEL should be ashamed.NC Lottery
