If the digital instant games are random what is chances of this. I won $30 one day the next day they sent me an offer to deposit $80 and get $30 in free plays. I done the deposite and played the games. I ended up loosing the $30 I won plus another $30 because I could not cash out until I went down to $50. I think these games are a scam an if the truth ever comes out I think they monitor you betting habits and adjust the games for you to loose. Stick to scratch offs and number games. I won however I can't withdraw funds. I used my cash app card to deposit assuming I could withdraw on the same card because it's a debit card. @Kimberly, as we mentioned below, when you click Play on a Digital Instant game, the outcome of the game is randomly determined and set in place, so unveiling symbols or bonuses does not change what you win. I have often looked for the winners of the reward drawings and never see any announcements with names or pictures on your page you have to go into the reward drawing to see the names of winners and their locations I find that odd also the second chance drawings where are those winners I never see those either. It is only for wins over $100,000 that the winner must come to our Raleigh Claims Center to receive their prize. When winners come to our office it gives us the opportunity to get their story and take a photo to share with our players!

I saw earlier a gentleman complained about the lamp game closing out every time he got a chance at the chest selection with an opportunity to win a big prize, the same thing has happened to me every time I play that game it's like it's almost set up to shut down the site with the oops error and then the game closes out and I've noticed that most times it's when I pick epic prize twice right off the bat with a chance at possibly winning it. When I try to go back in I can't and often the money that I won beforehand is also gone because the game starts all over. The way you explain to him to go back in does not work or it did not for me the game often loads slowly or won't open it all after several tapping of the screen. I'm beginning to think this game is a setup and not legitimate if it is legitimate then North Carolina lottery should look into why it won't open.

I wish there was a list of the bigger winners(if there are any, like $1000+). Ive played quite a few times and end up always losing. The wins are very small. From my experience so far I wouldn't recommend it. If this changes I will change my comment.

When you win online, prizes under $600 will automatically be deposited into your account, and prizes from $600 to $99,999 can be claimed entirely online. Prizes of $100,000 or more will require a trip into Lottery HQ to claim, though you'll still be able to start the claiming process online. :)

I love this but, it doesn't allow you to cash ocash out. You can only play lottery gameses with the winnings. Also, the games played don't give you option to choose the amount of money you want to play. Also you can only see your winnings if you're playing a game.NC Lottery

Some games have the option to adjust directly under the Play button, where you can add to or subtract from your wager. Other games have wager adjustments in the game settings - look for the 3 lines on the left or right side of the game to make adjustments. All winnings are added to your account balance, which you can certainly use to keep playing, or you can complete a withdrawal request to have those funds moved from your Online Play account to a bank account or debit card.
