The NCEL is bad for everybody! I have been playing from day one and have never WON more than $100 in all those years, so just image if I had all that money in a shoe box! The lottery is just a legal way to rob people chasing a dream. People are not playing for fun, otherwise they would play the game and not just scratch the barcode an see if they won!

That is sound advice and youre right. We treat kids that are growing up and in their teens that they have more responsibilities and more rewards that come with growing up. Sometimes because they do act more mature as they're growing we dont think of the consequences of our actions and we all sometimes need to stop and think hey even though theyre growing they are still children whose brains haven't fully developed yet. Let them be kids just a little longer.
