Hi NCEL completely understand I just thought it was a little odd because we already have our stuff on file and have transferred winnings before but we did try to use a new way to deposit it to our debit card so that may have been in it but we canceled it and went back to our original method but we submitted everything again and hope that the system has a lot of security protection in place. We completely understand about having to verify identification. We had to do it when we first opened our Luckie rewards account, and when we transferred winnings a few times. Hello NCEL we decided to try the digital games. We only played $2 and won $80 pretty fun. just thought we’d give it a try but when we went to withdraw the winnings, we had to submit a copy of our visa check card as a photograph and we were just very concerned about security wise doing that over the Internet. Is it my understanding that the lottery has very secure online systems when you’re submitting those documents I know we submitted all this when we opened our Luckie rewards account, but that was when we first opened it, so I wasn’t sure why we had to submit it again. We did it but I must admit that it does make one a little anxious doing that over the Internet but hopefully there’s a very secure system in place on the application for the North Carolina lottery.
