If I win $600 on a Digital game can I transfer my winnings to my bank account. Also, if I win $5000 on a digital game and I take a break from the game or decide to try another digital game will that money go back into my balance? Is it taxed? And when?NC Lottery
Hi, David! Online Play wins under $600 will automatically be deposited into your account, and prizes from $600-$99,999 can be claimed entirely online. Any wins over $600 during a calendar year are subject to taxes - if you win more than $600, you'll receive a 1099 form in the mail come tax time. Wins over $600 are taxed at the minimum rate (4.75% NC tax for prizes over $600, 24% federal tax for prizes over $5,000), but if you have multiple smaller wins totaling over $600, you'll still receive a 1099 form even if no minimums were withheld during claiming the prize. i have been trying to play digital games they freeze up take my money and times out and i never get to play it needs to quit timing out so much but i would like my money back which i know i will never get or you all need to correct the problems with digital games i cant even get the free 10 plays that i was supposed to get just sits there is this a rip off to get our money or what NC Lottery

NCEL must have a set language for taking in as money as they're letting people win! We already know it's a game of chance! But when your strategy is to get more than you let people win, the odds are already stacked. Just saying! Everybody can't win all the time, but we sure are LOSING A LOT!

I lost $1,600 for the game Road Trip so you guys don't have to. Admin of this site can check my account to confirm what I said was true. The game written by neogames, an Israel based company, which acquired by Aristocrat and Australia based company this year. The game will give you some small prizes like 15, 25, 45 dollars, but then turn around with nothing, nothing... and nothing. At one point I counted over 300 clicks with.... nothing. You will have better odds at Two Kings Casino, trust me.

$2 million dollars in Charlotte today. $200,000 in Wilmington yesterday. Hendersonville and Asheville keep buying these losing tickets. The people in Charlotte and Raleigh, Fayetteville, and Wilmington had to keep winning.

Have there been any major WINS on these instant games? I know I have lost major on them just can not get a BIG WIN when I try to play high and I can't buy a BONUS!
