I’m always logging in to do second chance drawing, did almost 500 entries to one…what I’m trying to figure out is why when you go look at the winners, are the same people winning big money. This last past drawings from lucke-rewards and second chance past drawings I saw two different people won on both drawings both won $5000 and $500….so are y’all giving fair drawings in those drawings? Because seeing the same people win seems really fishy. It’s really not fair…scroll and you’ll see the same person on different winnings. So I think I’m just going to stop, over the past few ones, I’ve did almost 2000 entries if not more on different games

Hey there, Chris! Fireball can replace any of the lottery-drawn numbers, but not your own - those always remain the same. With Fireball, you could create the additional combinations of 6-7-6-9, 1-6-6-9, or 1-7-6-6, and if you had any of those your ticket would be a winner!

Yes I'm very glad I took a minute to read a little about playing smart because I have started getting out of control with playing this lottery. I mean I have got so bad and scanning so many tickets online and all that they have locked me out of my account and I can't even see if I won anything on last night drawings. Now that's bad when the lottery people lock you out of your own account so guys if you catch yourself stopping and buying tickets at every store you see like me please stop and think of all the money you are waisting and how bad of a addiction it is. It's just like being addicted to drugs or alcohol. I'm glad they locked me out because if not I wouldn't of ended up reading about playing smart. Your Keno promotion is very misleading. To be fair to players, you should have in large letters that all dealers, (for some reason or another) do not sell tickets for this promo. You have a little asterisk, that most people can't see. I bought tickets for this the last time and was disappointed when I found out that they weren't valid. I think that this is one of the only promos that only certain retailers have. Please, do a better job of letting us know these things. Thank you.

When I won 250 bucks you lack integrity paying out my winnings and you know you do. Then because I am asking for my winning suspend my account for 3 months. I said I want my money to go buy groceries and I did. I do not have a gambling problem I have a "you would not pay me my winnings" problem and for that you retaliated by suspending me. I wrote twice for my winnings and you pretended not to get my letters (NO WAY!) During this situation and multiple calls and emails and after telling me I would be contacted I never was, but wait. All you had to do was pay me what I won just like you take the money. Through my bank account. Within seconds. Without an ID. Here is the funny thing. You are requiring ID to prove who I am but me giving you my ID through the mail or even online does not confirm anything other that "somebody" sent it. God sees this. God saw it

Agreed. I’m on a fixed income and budget my lottery spending at the beginning of the month. Online games are paid through auto draft, while I buy my scratch tickets at the beginning of the month in one purchase. The payback is consistently better on the scratch tickets, hands down. Numbers? I play a consistent mix of birthdays and ages that typically change twice per year.
