NCEL, Thanks for the response. I watch this show called HOW IT'S MADE, on the History channel I think. Just so happens, it was showing how lottery tickets where made. Very interesting it was, only it didn't show how the money amount was paired with the numbers on ticket for a winner. That was confusing as to when the numbers corresponding with the numbers on the tickets. Must be in the bar code that shows the numbers matching on the ticket for the win, I'm guessing!

Hey, NCEL, My question is, all the tickets in this video, have been printed and sitting in a warehouse, waiting to be ordered and sent to the store location for sale? No more will be printed, unless the tickets has been sold out, then more will be reprinted with the star, showing another printed run of tickets. NC Lottery
Hi Roger, yes all tickets are printed before and sitting in our secured facility. Then broken down into rolls which get sent to retailers across NC if they choose to provide any of the games to their customers. No more will be reprinted unless there is a print issues with color or content (Which is determined before release) or if the game gets brought back. When a game is returned into circulation, all prize amounts and odds will have been reconfigured and the process begins again. Hope this info helps answer your question.
