Fast Cash. You could be one of 25 Lucke-Rewards players to take home a $100 prize.

June 30 is your deadline to enter these July 5 drawings:

200X The Cash Second Chance. Oh my stars! You could win up to $1 million in the third of four drawings by entering your 200X The Cash tickets! Also up for grabs are one $200,000 prize and 25 $500 prizes!
Bingo Games Flash Second Chance. Enter your bingo themed scratch-offs (Game #886) and Fast Play games (Games #0005, 0020, and 0025) for the chance to win up to $5,000! If you aren’t one of the five to win the top prize, you could still be one of the 50 to win $500.
Swimming in Cash. Ten players will take home $5,000 in our monthly drawing.

Hey there, Gracie! Second chance and Lucke-Rewards drawings are conducted using a Random Number Generator (RNG) machine - each entry is assigned a numerical value and winners are randomly selected. Each second chance drawing will be for specific eligible tickets - you can find out which ones are eligible on each draw page here: https://nclottery.com/rewardsdraws. And when you win with Pick 3 online, wins under $600 are automatically deposited into your account, and you'll receive an email with instructions on claiming your prize for wins over $600! NCEL! How about letting your winning scratch offs be deposited into our NCEL account. Virginia does this. If you have a winning scratch off ticket you can make a deposit with the winning scratch off ticket and have it deposited directly into your NCEL account.NC Lottery

Hi Dorothy, all you need to do is scan a ticket with the ticket scanner in our app, and if it has a Second Chance promotion, you will automatically receive an entry into that drawing. If you were to win, you would receive an email, and our team would also reach out by phone and certified mail to contact a winner. Good luck!

Hey NCEL your play slips are too much work. The cashiers get frustrated correcting players play slips. Simplify it like Va. If you want to play 50/50 then you shouldn't have to mark $1 and 50/50. If you play a number for a dollar then ex should automatically be your default like Va. So you can just mark 50 cents or $1 and the system automatically reads it as ex. If you want any order or combo then you manually darken it.NC Lottery
