Powerball plus Mega Millions grow to $1.13 billion in jackpots

As the Powerball and Mega Millions jackpots both continue to climb, you get the chance to play this week for major life-changing prizes that together total $1.13 billion.

  • Monday’s Powerball jackpot, provides the chance to win $650 million as an annuity or $328.3 million in cash.
  • Tuesday’s Mega Millions drawing features a $480 million jackpot as an annuity or $240.7 million in cash.

Saturday’s Powerball drawing saw another big win in the state when a $2 ticket matched four white balls and the red Powerball in the drawing to win $50,000. The ticket was purchased at the Murphy Express on North Howe Street in Southport.

The odds of winning the Powerball jackpot are 1 in 292 million. The odds of winning a Mega Millions jackpot are 1 in 302 million.

Players can buy Powerball or Mega Millions tickets at any lottery retail location or through Online Play on the lottery’s website, www.nclottery.com.

What is going on with second chance not showing entries on on luck rewards this is starting to happen a lot and when it does come back I hope I didn’t enter all them tickets for nothing and it shoes my entriesNC Lottery
