Forsyth County woman wins $100,000 scratch-off prize

Lisa Purchacki of Lewisville tried her luck on a $20 scratch-off and won a $100,000 prize.

Purchacki bought her lucky $100 Million Mega Cash ticket from Circle K on Lewisville-Clemmons Road in Clemmons.

She arrived at lottery headquarters Wednesday to collect her prize and, after required state and federal tax withholdings, took home $71,256.

100 million mega cash tickets. Just looking at the check. Wondering why the ticket wasn't attached to the check. Now I know the ticket name, reading to fast, not paying attention to what I was reading. Sorry!

Congratulations on your big win! Don't see the name of the 20 dollar scratch off on the big check. Usually y'all have the winning ticket attached to the check. What happened?
