I do have a suggestion on these digital games that would make it more exciting for the players. When you finally get the free 10 games why not make it have more wins! You get like two wins out of 10, so why not make it have more WINS even if smaller prizes at least you want be bored or mad! But I guess it's like a scratch of having 40 spaces and they all losing or having one space and it either say WIN or LOSE! Just a thought @NCELNC Lottery

@NCEL. Still waiting on payout of winnings from January 6 (see previous msg). The lottery says they have everything they need but our winnings are still stuck and we received no notifications of payouts. It is now going on two weeks. Is there any updates to what’s happening? @NCEL. Thank you for the quick response. I figured it was a delay of some sort, but this is not our first withdrawal. We’ve had several they have all the identification verified so I’m thinking they’re just must be a delay as they are getting many winners :-)
