Ok at first, the payout was tolerable. But I won 20 CENTS off of $20 worth of 50cent spins. 20 cents total. I understand odds are not definitive, but that’s DEFINITELY not 1 in 3.86NC Lottery

This means each purchase has the same chance to win every prize, including the top prize, regardless of outcomes from previous plays. The outcome of a play is determined once you click the Play button and the system randomly selects a ticket. Tt can just take a whole lot of luck to be a lucky winner! Definitely play smart if you’re playing in NC. Therefore, I suggest playing in another state. NC is one of few states that haven’t dropped a quad in almost 4 years without the fireball. I know they’ve made enough money to cover the drop. I’ve tracked other states and I see them dropping them a couple times a year. To play smart is to play somewhere else. You know how you guys have it set up to be able to click the button to play the multiplier and power play online. You need to fix it to where you can click the button to have the option to play the double play the same way online, instead of the only way to play the double play is you have to go in store. I appreciate the educational enlightenment of how to play the Lottery sensibly. Nobody can ever take for granted that they can't become a victim to excessive gambling (like any other human habits.) I have been trying to make a withdrawal from my NC lottery account of my winnings, and I always get the message, "You have reached your limit on the number of cash outs requested and are unable to make additional cash out requests at this time." I am encountering restrictions on the number of withdrawals I can make from your North Carolina lottery account. According to their policy, you're allowed to withdraw up to five times a day or ten times a week. However, once you hit that limit, you're required to wait a week before you can make additional withdrawals. Even if you haven't reached your limit in terms of the amount you've withdrawn, you are still subject to the frequency limit. This means that if I withdraw on two consecutive days, I'll have to wait until the following week to make another withdrawal. It seems frustrating, especially when you're eager to access your winnings, but it's part of their system to manage withdrawals and prevent abuse.

I've been playing the lottery for several years now. I liked it much better when there were fewer numbers to choose from. I think that the states are more concerned about big profits and less about more people winning.
