Double Draw pays off for Pick 3 players

Congratulations to our Pick 3 players who won prizes in Monday night’s Pick 3 drawings.

The Yellow Ball came up for the fourth time during this month’s Double Draw promotion, giving Pick 3 players two chances to win.

Be sure to check your numbers closely.

Double Draw Results:

First chance: 0-4-9 with Fireball of 7. 1,129 tickets won a total of $89,405 in prizes.
Second chance: The Double Draw: 9-0-1 with Fireball of 5. 2,759 tickets won a total of $356,371 in prizes.

Since the Yellow Ball was drawn, the Double Draw machine has been reset. Tuesday night’s drawing will have six white balls and one yellow.

The Double Draw is guaranteed to occur once every seven days. Could the Yellow Ball get drawn two nights in a row?

I haven't won on pick 3 or 4 in over 3 years. I win an occasional $1 on pick 5 but have had more luck with the scratch-offs. I wish we could use our winning scratch-offs online. I play for fun and of course I want to win the big one but I know it is all luck. And I love the digital instants but usually what I win I just keep playing until I use up all my money. So I don't win anything in the end. As I said it's for fun and entertainment for me.NC Lottery

@ShirleyB. They have been dropping triples but only as a fireball win lol. It’s been months since a true triple has come out in the regular drawing. Fireball is literally the worst, I wish they could bring back Sum It Up!

NCEL 321 has not been out recently nor trips. Stop these excessive repeats which only make players more suspicious of the lottery system. If you are going to repeat why not repeat a couple if trips. Your players are waiting for some decent numbers.

When is the NCEL going to invest in newer ball machines? These pick 3 and pick 4 machines are old and need to move forward to current times. The numbers coming out are terrible too. South Carolina somehow has nice ball machines with a fraction of what the NCEL makes.
