Asheville office closed, Charlotte office opening at noon

Adverse weather conditions from Tropical Storm Helene will impact operations today, Sept. 27, at our Asheville and Charlotte offices.

The Asheville regional office and claim center will be closed Friday. The opening of our Charlotte regional office and claim center will be delayed until noon on Friday.

At this time, the lottery’s Raleigh headquarters and its other regional offices and claim centers in Greensboro, Raleigh, Greenville, and Wilmington are operating on a normal schedule.

All lottery drawings will be held as scheduled.

If you have prizes to claim, please stay safe. Your prizes will be waiting on you after this storm is over.

The quad 1111 have probably been out. That's why why they blocked numbers. Just don't want to have to pay out that money. They act like it's theirs. The customers are the ones that is playing.

1111 As not came out since 2012 This number sells out every day And you guys will not put it out North carolina education lottery is Very greedy When will you give back to the people that spend their money every day on this number for it to never come out I'm having more success in south carolina At least they came out with the Quad 4 Twice This is horrible Could you please stop being so greedy and give the people back some of their money You would think you would want to give sometime? Very very greedy state

LOL you can not make this up and if you don't believe it's RI$$^% just look at the Pick 3 results. Another double draw and another repeat.... Out of all the outcomes it has to be a repeat. Just not fair @NCEL!
