Due to adverse winter weather conditions, some lottery offices will be closed and the opening of others delayed on Wednesday, Jan. 22.
The Raleigh headquarters and regional offices and claim centers in Raleigh, Greenville and Wilmington will be closed.
The regional offices and claims centers in Asheville, Charlotte and Greensboro will operate on a delayed schedule. The Asheville, Charlotte and Greensboro offices will open at noon.
