Winter weather delays opening of some offices

Due to adverse winter weather conditions, the opening of the Raleigh, Greenville and Wilmington offices will be delayed on Thursday, Jan. 23.

The Raleigh headquarters and regional office and claim center will open at 10 a.m.

The Greenville and Wilmington regional offices and claim centers will open at noon.

The Asheville, Charlotte and Greensboro regional offices and claim centers will operate on a normal schedule.

All lottery drawings will be held as scheduled.
