You now have a new way to pay and play for your favorite Online Play games: Digi Cash.

Digi Cash introduces a new payment option that allows you to buy prepaid vouchers at any lottery retailer or vending machine. You can then redeem the voucher at nclottery.com or the NC Lottery Official Mobile App.

Digi cash comes in a variety of different amounts. You can buy $10, $20, $50, $80, or $100 amounts. Keep in mind it will expire 180 days from the date of purchase unless you have deposited it into your Online Play account. Once you make the deposit, the money does not expire.

Digi Cash will only work for Online Play so make sure you have a lottery account set up so you can transfer your voucher to your account.

NCEL, at the very least, you've figured out a work around for two step verification. Let's hope the implementation of this system isn't flawed as the responsibilities flow back to the store owners now.
