The Powerball jackpot continues to climb as it now stands at $570 million for Monday’s drawing.
A winner tonight could claim the jackpot as a $570 million annuity or $266.9 million in cash.
Saturday’s Powerball drawing saw a lucky North Carolinian match four white balls and the red Powerball to win $50,000. The prize quadrupled to $200,000 when the 4X multiplier popped up. The winning $3 Power Play ticket came from Online Play in Timberlake.
Tonight’s jackpot is the second-largest Powerball prize offered this year, trailing only the $1.7 billion jackpot won Sept. 6 in Missouri and Texas.
