Mega Millions and Powerball players in North Carolina have multiple chances to win big this week as the jackpots combine for over $1.2 billion.
Tonight’s Powerball drawing would give a winner the choice of accepting the $419 million jackpot as an annuity or $198 million in cash.
Tuesday’s choice gets much bigger with the $800 million Mega Millions jackpot ranking as the ninth largest in the history of the game. A winner would have the choice of taking home the $800 million jackpot as an annuity or $371.7 million in cash.
