Due to adverse winter weather conditions, the N.C. Education Lottery will delay the opening of two of its offices on Tuesday, Dec. 9.
The Raleigh headquarters and regional office and claim center in Greensboro will open at 11 a.m.
Regional offices and claim centers in Asheville, Charlotte, Greenville, and Wilmington will operate on a normal schedule.
Players should call ahead to our regional offices and claims centers before visiting at (877) 625-6886.
All lottery drawings will be held as scheduled.
