Winter Weather closes lottery offices

Due to adverse winter weather conditions, the N.C. Education Lottery will close some of its offices on Wednesday, Feb. 19.

The Raleigh headquarters and regional offices and claim centers in Asheville, Charlotte, Greensboro, Greenville, and Raleigh will be closed.

The regional office and claim center in Wilmington will operate on a normal schedule.

As the winter storm continues, players should call ahead to our regional offices and claims centers before visiting. Call (877) 625-6886 and:

  • Press #1 for Asheville Regional Office and Claim Center.
  • Press #2 for Greensboro Regional Office and Claim Center.
  • Press #3 for Charlotte Regional Office and Claim Center.
  • Press #4 for Raleigh Regional Office and Claim Center.
  • Press #5 for Greenville Regional Office and Claim Center.
  • Press #6 for Wilmington Regional Office and Claim Center.

All lottery drawings will be held as scheduled.

Hi, Omar! You do not need to be logged in at the time of a drawing. Winners will be notified via email generally within 48 hours of a drawing, which usually occur sometime in the morning on the scheduled day.
