Due to adverse winter weather conditions, the N.C. Education Lottery will delay the opening of some of its offices on Friday, Feb. 21.
The Raleigh headquarters and regional offices and claim centers in Greenville, Greensboro and Raleigh will open at 11 a.m.
Regional offices and claim centers in Asheville, Charlotte, and Wilmington will operate on a normal schedule.

- Press #1 for Asheville Regional Office and Claim Center.
- Press #2 for Greensboro Regional Office and Claim Center.
- Press #3 for Charlotte Regional Office and Claim Center.
- Press #4 for Raleigh Regional Office and Claim Center.
- Press #5 for Greenville Regional Office and Claim Center.
- Press #6 for Wilmington Regional Office and Claim Center.
All lottery drawings will be held as scheduled.
