Jian Zheng of Edenton took a chance on a $30 scratch-off and won a $100,000 prize.
Zheng purchased his lucky Millionaire Bucks ticket from Broad Street Mart on North Broad Street in Edenton.
He collected his prize at lottery headquarters Monday and, after required state and federal tax withholdings, took home $71,758.
The Millionaire Bucks game debuted in October with four $5 million top prizes and 10 $100,000 prizes. Three $5 million prizes and seven $100,000 prizes remain to be claimed.
