2-5-2 wins Pick 3 players more than $1.39 million

Wow! Congratulations go out to all our Pick 3 players who played 2-5-2 in the Sunday afternoon Pick 3 drawing.

Those numbers delivered almost $1.4 million in prizes for lottery players. The numbers represent the area code for many eastern North Carolina residents.

In all, the drawing produced 4,977 winning tickets. A player with a fifty-cent ticket that matched all three numbers exactly won $250 and a player with a $1 ticket won $500.

Sunday’s big drawing marked the third Pick 3 drawing in the last month to provide over $1.2 million in prizes for players.

Whatever three numbers you pick, the odds of matching exactly all three in a Pick 3 drawing are the same: 1 in 1,000.

Winners have 180 days to claim their prizes.

You can buy Pick 3 tickets at your favorite store or on our website using the Online Play program or with the NC Lottery Official Mobile App.

Hi, Stanley! If you purchased a printed ticket, you can scan the ticket using our mobile app or visit a NC Lottery retailer to scan and see if your ticket was a winner. If you purchased a ticket online, you'll receive an email notifying you of your win with instructions on how to claim your prize, and prizes under $600 will automatically be added to your account balance.
