Three QP Draw tickets I received: 13 16 18 34 36 -- 14 16 34 36 38 -- 06 20 28 34 36. My biggest gripe with the drawings has always been with the so-called 'Random Number Generator' which is obviously programmed to PREVENT a winner. Gaming is supposed to be fun with expected losses as part of the game, and I understand that numbers can be duplicated across the state, but it's downright unscrupulous for NCEL to sell draw tickets with duplicated numbers on the same series of draws.
