Raleigh woman snags $200,000 scratch-off prize

Debra Deloatch of Raleigh tried her luck on a $5 scratch-off and won a $200,000 top prize.

Deloatch bought her 5 Times Lucky ticket from K&B Sabri Inc. on Poole Road in Raleigh.

She arrived at lottery headquarters Friday to claim her prize and, after required state and federal tax withholdings, took home $143,501.

The 5 Times Lucky game debuted in July with five $200,000 top prizes. Three $200,000 prizes remain to be claimed.
