This month's new tickets are underwhelming. If I'm paying 30 dollars for a ticket, I want to have a chance to win more than 100k. 100k is a prize for a 5 dollar ticket. The new 5 dollar ticket, the most one can win is 500. 500 is an amount for a 1 dollar scratcher. I know the gimmick is that there are "loads of 500 dollar prizes" but the odds aren't that much better especially these days when it is hard as heck to win anything on scratchers. As for the Lotteria ticket, the symbols and names underneath them are difficult to see. I am sure a few people have tossed a winning Lotteria ticket because they couldn't see exactly what a symbol was. Also, it's March so at least one of the tickets should have centered around March Madness or St. Pat's Day. Same for February- why no Valentine's themed ticket?NC Lottery
