We play the games because they're supposed to be regulated by the government. The government approved them as a means of associated revenue intake to assist in government regulated programs. If they're rigged, that means the government is rigged. That means those who play straight are being played by the ones who are not. And that is an injustice to a civilized society and its' future.

@NCEL, if education is so important to you, why would you continue to escalate player costs when the population continues to grow. But the Federal minimum wage has been stagnate for almost 17 years. Why did you not post an article on Teacher Appreciation day or show up for teachers during their protests in Raleigh and other major NC cities? Wordsmithing lip service is what you support plain and simple. Good luck to us all.

Just like NCEL picks and chooses who wins, they also pick and choose which schools get money and who gets scholarships. It's not hard to figure out that all of it is rigged through and through. There's no amount of PR and wordsmithing talk to convince folks otherwise. Something is not right with the lotteries that are mandated by our government and who are both financially supported by all of us taxpayers. NC Lottery
