For the first time in years, the North Carolina Education Lottery debuts a new raffle game to celebrate our nation’s 250th anniversary with tons of prizes up for grabs.
The Celebrate America Raffle that officially launches today was designed to be fun and easy. All you have to do is purchase a $10 ticket to be entered into the raffle. All purchases must be made on the North Carolina Education Lottery website or official mobile app.
Check out all the different ways you can win:
- The first 20 tickets drawn will win a top prize of $2,500.
- The next 250 tickets drawn will win a $250 prize.
- The final group of 2,000 tickets will win a $25 prize.
That means we will draw 2,270 winners! That’s a whole lot of winning.
Ticket sales will take place from May 26 through July 30 or until all 25,000 tickets have been sold.
The overall odds of a ticket winning a prize vary depending on the number of tickets sold. If all 25,000 tickets are sold, the odds are 1 in 11.
