I agree with Angela cause something isn’t right I just spent 400 dollars on games that NCEL are advertising as hot and I didn’t even get a bonus or free plays like come on now but when I play demo mode you can get free play and bonus regularly it’s already 6 months in the year and I haven’t won nothing on digital instant games and been capped out 5 times but it’s always winners playing 50 cents thinking about just going to one these local sweepstakes and play NC Lottery
It definitely takes a lot of luck to be a big winner! When a game is "HOT", this means we've seen more recent winners, but the odds of that game are always the same, whether "HOT" or not. @NCEL....how you be locked out you account for weeks due to limits and here it is the 1st of the month and already hit the daily lost limit without a WIN over $45. These games have gotten so greedy (Digital Instants). I didn't even buy my Celebrate America Raffle ticket and now have to wait again SMH! But you see these people WINNING big for .50 bets

been playing with lucke and second chance for years, and never gotten an email, not even after spending 10,000 points on a $50 online play drawing to like 1,000 people. Absolutely ridiculous, NC Lottery needs to be investigated for fraud, especially on their instant online games. NC Lottery

You're simply recycling old tickets as if they are new, How about something more creative, Geez. Every month it's either LOADED Bucks which odds tilt in NC favor massively and recyled old games. rediculous
