What are the odds of getting Instant Cash?

Instant Cash prizes will be distributed in a random manner to those buying a single Pick 3 or Pick 4 ticket or higher at a retail location September 17th - 30th while supplies last. Up to 1.2 million Instant Cash vouchers will be distributed. The overall odds of getting Instant Cash during the promotion are at least 1 in 18.

How long do I have to claim my Instant Cash on my Special Offer voucher?

You have 180 days from the date the Special Offer voucher is printed to redeem it for $5 in Instant Cash.

Can I get Instant Cash if I buy a $.50 Pick 3 or Pick 4 ticket?

No. To get a chance to get Instant Cash, your purchase of a single Pick 3 or Pick 4 ticket must be $1 or higher. A $.50 base Pick 3 or Pick 4 ticket with the Fireball add-on costs $1 so that Pick 3 or Pick 4 purchase would qualify for the promotion.

What happens to my Pick 3 or Pick 4 ticket if I get $5 in Instant Cash?

Keep your Pick 3 or Pick 4 ticket. You will need that ticket to claim your prize if you win in your Pick 3 or Pick 4 drawing. You use the attached voucher with your Special Offer message and barcode to get your $5 in Instant Cash.

Detach the voucher along the dotted line that has the scissor icon. Then take the voucher to a clerk at any lottery retail location. The clerk will scan the barcode on the voucher and pay you the $5 in Instant Cash.

If I buy a $5 Pick 3 or Pick 4 ticket with a single purchase, will I get five chances to get Instant Cash?

No. You only get one chance to receive an Instant Cash Special Offer voucher with the purchase of any single Pick 3 or Pick 4 ticket $1 or higher.

I usually buy tickets on lottery vending machines. Can I redeem my Instant Cash voucher on a vending machine too?

No. While a qualified purchase can produce an Instant Cash Special Offer voucher from a vending machine, you cannot redeem your voucher on a vending machine. Take your voucher to a clerk at a lottery retail location and they can scan the barcode and pay you $5 in Instant Cash.

I received an Instant Cash voucher but the retail lottery store would not cash it. What do I do?

If the barcode on your voucher has not been scanned, you can take the voucher to another lottery retail location. If the barcode on your voucher was scanned, you must get your $5 in Instant Cash from that store where it was scanned.
