The second drawing for the Ultimate Tar Heel™ Fan Experience Second Chance features 23 winners of a UNC vs. NC State Football Experience. This experience includes
two (2) tickets to the UNC vs. NC State Football game on November 28, 2026, dedicated pre-game hospitality tent with food and non-alcoholic beverages, and $500 cash!
