Rush and enter your Money Rush Scratch-Offs in Lucke-Rewards® for a chance to win up to $100,000! Ten (10) winners of $5,000 will be selected in the first drawing, Ten (10) winners of $500 will be selected in the second drawing. The final drawing will feature One (1) grand prize winner of $100,000, Ten (10) winners of $10,000, and Fifteen (15) winners of $5,000. Entries submitted in January will be entered into all three drawings, entries submitted in February will be entered into drawings two and three, and entries submitted in March will be entered into drawing three.

Eligible Games

A valid entry shall follow the entry requirements herein and require a qualifying “$200,000 Money Rush” or "$1,000,000 Money Rush" Instant Scratch-Off Game (Instant Game #s 974, 975) ticket meeting the validation requirements of the NCEL. Entrants will receive a variable number of entries per qualifying ticket upon completing entry requirements. The number of entries received for each eligible ticket is determined by the price point of that particular ticket.

How to Enter

To enter, you must be an NC Education Lottery member, and you must be signed in. Each qualifying ticket submitted will be entered into the current second chance drawing during the promotion period. By submitting your drawing entry via the Internet you give the North Carolina Education Lottery permission to announce and publish your name for administrative and/or promotional purposes if you win in a second chance drawing. There is a daily limit of 75 ticket entries per person, which includes all tickets entered into Lucke-Rewards that day. Odds of winning in any drawing within the Money Rush Second Chance Promotion depend on the number of eligible entries received.
