Does walking into October with an extra $5,000 sound like music to your ears? If so, it’s time to get your entries into these drawings.

Our Carolina Black Millionaire Edition Flash Second Chance drawing promotion. This drawing will award 10 winners a grand prize of $5,000.

Entering the drawing is simple! All you have to do is enter or scan your Carolina Black Millionaire Edition ticket through your account on nclottery.com or with your NC Lottery Official Mobile App.

The drawing is scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 7.

You can view the winners from our Lucke-Rewards drawings by visiting the Lucke-Rewards page and clicking on the Past Drawings & Winners tab, then clicking on the blue Winners button. Hope this helps!

No worries LZ. I took matters into my own hands today ,so to speak. My son came over & we took turns scanning each others tickets and our own tickets twice. "Duplicate Self" comes up after you scan your own ticket again. "Duplicate Other" comes up after you scan a ticket someone other then yourself has already scanned. Thx for the response though.

LZ or anyone else. Has the old error messages, "another player has entered this ticket" or "you have already entered this ticket" been replaced by.. "error. game Ticket Entry. duplicate Self" or "duplicate other?? And if you try to enter the same ticket too many times does the system kick you out for 24hrs? NC Lottery
Hey Denver, The blog team has not seen those error codes before, so we highly recommend you reach out to our support team at nclottery.com/Help so they can look into it. There is a limit to how many times you can attempt to enter a ticket and are unsuccessful before you are temporarily locked out - this is to help prevent fraudulent ticket entry.

Has anyone from Nash County ever won in the 2nd chance drawings?? NC Lottery
Hi Sandra, yes they sure have! In 2018 Lyman Taylor won $10,000 on Lucky Green, in 2016 Gary Williams won $9,241.88 in our Wheel of Fortune Second-Chance draw and in 2017 Terry Landaverd won $5,000 in our X The Cash Second-Chance drawing. These are just some examples, hope this helps!

How are winners picked for second chance entries? Is it like a random number generator ? For example draw games are through ball machines so how are the winners picked for second chance entries? NC Lottery
Hi Daniel, yes you're exactly right. All of the lottery's promotional and second-chance drawings are held using a random number generator according to strict security procedures. To ensure fairness to all players, these drawings are also conducted with an auditor present.
