To celebrate the launch of this exciting new game, we're giving players a chance to win more bonus Lucke-Rewards points in our Facebook giveaway!

Visit our Facebook page and let us know what your favorite kind of bonus is. To enter the giveaway just reply to our Facebook post with your answer before midnight on March 8. At the end of the promotion we'll randomly select ten players from the Facebook comments to each win 1,000 Lucke-Rewards points.

I don't understand why up here in burnsville nc nobody's winning like they are winning like crazy going on down toward hickory, greensboro and on down east...I even play lucky rewards and still nothing...NC Lottery
Hi Sondra, we tend to see more winners from the more highly populated parts of the state because more players are taking the chance to win. That said, your odds of winning are the same whether you are from a small town or a big city. The lottery doesn't know the location of the winning tickets in advance and the location of the player is not a factor in determining Lucke-Rewards winners. When entering tickets in Lucke-Rewards the LUCK2-BONUS cash ticket I have to enter the numbers twice for the ticket to be accepted. After the first entry the red caution pops up and said my name can not be verified. This is the only ticket I have this problem with.NC Lottery

I dont think a scratch off for just bonus points is worth it. Id want cash and points. My favorite to get points is when you let me earn then different ways. Hi Sandra, to ease your concerns, we can assure you that there is no winner bias when selecting a winner for our Lucke-Rewards drawings. The Random Number Generator assigns each entry a random number and then picks one of the random numbers. There are no names input into the RNG. It has no idea which players have entered, who they are or if they deserve to win more than anyone else. The results are totally random and fair to everyone.

Hi Patricia, once you’re signed in, get started by clicking on your username in the upper right corner of the website (or by clicking on Account in the bottom right corner of the app). This will show your dashboard, with your points balance and any drawing entries you might have. You can select Lucke-Rewards Draws from Lucke-Rewards in the main menu (or Rewards in the app) to see what drawings are available and enter with your points for more chances to win!

I think it may be time for someone to be looking into the second chance drawings and Lucky rewards drawings. It seems awful strange that numerous people have mentioned they have put in thousands of entries for particular games and have not won. But if you look through the winners of both games there are two or three people that have won three or four times.Something just doesn’t seem to add up.

Hi Julia, glad you enjoyed BOGO Fridays! We don't have another one on the schedule at the moment but we received a lot of good feedback so I'm sure we will consider doing it again in the future. Fast Play tickets function similar to scratch-off tickets in that they offer a few different play styles but in general involve matching numbers or symbols that are printed on the ticket. The main differences are the progressive jackpot that increases with each ticket sold, and the tickets are printed at the time of purchase and don't require any scratching. Hi Delores, the points are probably still good if you just purchased the tickets recently. Please refer to the diagrams on the Ticket Entry page to be sure you are entering the correct numbers. For each scratch-off ticket, enter the Ticket Number, which is the 12-digit number on the back of the ticket above the barcode in the form XXX-XXXXXX-XXX. Then enter the Entry Number, which is the 12-digit number on the front of the ticket located in the scratch off area in the form XXXXXXXX-XXXX. Be sure to scratch the ticket completely to find the full Entry Number. For draw game tickets (like Powerball®), the Lucke-Rewards Entry Code contains 25 letters and numbers separated by dashes (XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX) and is located on the front of the ticket.
