First Bonus Cash Drawing coming soon

Your chance to win a prize in the first Bonus Cash Drawing arrives on Tuesday.

If you play Pick 3 or Pick 4 before Tuesday, you could get an entry into that first drawing with a chance to win a bonus of $200 or $500 in the Bonus Cash Drawing.

Every purchase of $1 or more on a single Pick 3 or Pick 4 ticket gives you a chance to receive an entry ticket.

As you get your Pick 3 or Pick 4 ticket, look to see if you got one of the entry tickets too. If you do, hold onto it so you can check to see if the number on your entry ticket won one of the 1,000 prizes in the drawing.

The drawing, scheduled for Tuesday, will award 750 prizes of $200 and 250 prizes of $500. For a chance at an entry in the first drawing, make your purchase before 2 a.m. on Tuesday morning.

I played $60 worth at various stores and didn't receive any bonuses at all. I should have read the fine print where they say "Entry tickets will be awarded based on a defined interval throughout the state." which means they pre-determined where the bonus tickets would go. I know 1 person who got 1 ticket out of the 500,000 they gave out. Good luck all, but I'm out.NC Lottery
Hi there, Mike! Defined interval does not mean that we know where tickets are going to go - it means that every Nth number of tickets, a Bonus Cash entry ticket is printed. However, this is still random and unable to be predicted because purchases are happening constantly across the state, meaning that a person couldn't purchase N amount of tickets and expect to receive a ticket, because others are buying at the same time. We're sorry to hear you didn't receive one though!

Hey there, Melba! These tickets are randomly printed after Pick 3 and Pick 4 ticket purchases of $1 or more - it just takes luck!

Good luck to all. I played one pick 4 and got a free bonus ticket :-). I did see someone play $100 in Pick 3’s and she got several of these. Looks like it just all depends…mine was from playing just a one dollar pick 4. Best wishes to all

When you receive a randomly printed Bonus Cash entry ticket, your Pick 3 or Pick 4 receipt will say that you have received a Bonus Cash ticket, so you will know if you were supposed to receive one and didn't. They are just randomly printed, so not all purchases will come with a Bonus Cash ticket. Hope this helps!

Hey, Kristi! Yes - any single ticket purchase of $1 or more can qualify you to receive a Bonus Cash entry ticket. These are randomly printed, so it isn't guaranteed you'll receive one with a purchase, but the time of the drawing doesn't matter!

Great question, Claudette! You'll log onto our site on the day after each weekly drawing to check your numbers and see if you're a winner, and then you can claim that prize at any retailer!
