What is the NC Lottery Official Mobile App?

Once you're registered, download the mobile app to enhance your NC Education Lottery experience! When you're signed into the mobile app you have full access to your account, including Lucke-Rewards and Online Play, and many additional features, such as:

• Ticket checker - scan your draw or scratch-off tickets to see if you have a winner
• Buy your favorite draw games with Online Play and view drawing results
• Scan or enter your tickets into Lucke-Rewards to collect points
• Play games, take a survey, or complete activities to collect more Lucke-Rewards points
• Automatically get entered into second chance drawings with eligible tickets
• Give a lottery gift with Online Play Gifting
• Redeem your points for entry into Lucke-Rewards drawings for cash and other great prizes
• Customize notifications to receive winning numbers & jackpot alerts
• Manage your NC Education Lottery account preferences
• Find the nearest retailer any time

Do I need an account to use the app?

You do not need an account to access the app and see winning numbers as well some other information. You will need an account to access member-exclusive features such as the ticket checker, Lucke-Rewards, and to complete a purchase with Online Play.

What are the minimum requirements to use the NC Education Lottery app?

The minimum Operating System requirements to use the app listed here:

• iOS version 14 and newer
• Android version 10 and newer

The minimum Browser requirements to use the app listed here:

• Safari: Last Major 3 versions; iOS 16, 15 and 14
• Chrome: Last Major 3 versions; iOS 16, 15 and 14; Android 13, 12, 11 and 10
• Chrome Edge: Last Major 3 versions; iOS 16, 15 and 14; Android 13, 12, 11 and 10
• Firefox: Last Major 3 versions; iOS 16, 15 and 14; Android 13, 12, 11 and 10

How do I get help for the app?

If you have a question or concern about the app, please contact the NC Education Lottery Player Support Center at 1-866-934-0289.

Why can’t I stay signed in on the app?

For security and privacy, you will not be able to save your login information to the app. You will also not be able to stay signed in for more than 15 minutes after no activity.

When can I check tickets in the app?

Ticket checking is available through the Mobile App during the hours of 5:01AM through 1:59AM the following day. Due to maintenance on servers, ticket checking will not be available in the Mobile App between 2:00AM and 5:00AM.
